Jeden podejrzany zabity

Margaret Thatcher dies in London

Britain's first and only female prime minister Baroness Thatcher has died at the age of 87 after suffering a stroke.

Fact: It was a Soviet journalist that called her the "Iron Lady", a nickname which became associated with her uncompromising politics and leadership style.

Her quotes:
“Nobody would remember the Good Samaritan if he only had good intentions. He had money as well,”
"They’ve got the usual Socialist disease—they’ve run out of other people’s money. "
"The spirit of envy can destroy. It can never build…"

Another Obama's "investment" goes kaput

Fisker, maker of electric cars for rich movie stars for over $100,000 , on Friday dismissed about 75 percent of its remaining workforce. Fisker has received $193 million loan from Energy Department. That money came from our taxes that we have hard time to pay. But hey, they supported certain politician to win an office  so what can you do?

This is just on of many Obama's "smart" investments into "our children future" that went kaput. And with them billions of dollars go "puff".

Fisker issues big layoff, employees hire firm that sued Solyndra

Gun control

Democrats don't want to hear our "voice of reason" (yep, their terminology) on gun control that says, that we need to enforce our laws first. Here is Chicago with strictest gun control in the country (until last week).
President Obama’s hometown of Chicago still goes by the old nickname “Windy City.” But after three miserable decades of strict gun control and permanent Democratic rule, Chicago has cemented its reputation as America’s Bloody City.
No amount of statistical whitewashing can cover up the stains of the left’s ideological failures there.
I just hope that Polish community in Chicago still does well under (and against) Democrats' rule. Historically we do well under such circumstances.

Unemployment drops a bit

Yes, I am sarcastic. Why not? So are Obama people:
While more work remains to be done, today’s employment report provides further evidence that the U.S. economy is continuing to recover from the worst downturn since the Great Depression. (To see this comment and other "important" issues visit The White House Blog.)
On what planet this is an evidence of recovery? The US economy only added 88,000 jobs in March, while nearly a half-million people left the work force.
The new civilian workforce participation rate of 63.3% is the lowest seen in almost 35 years, since the fall of 1978 — an era not exactly known for a robust American economy.
So, where is our President with his number one priority (jobs)? I think somewhere on the west coast, campaigning (Obama: Let’s face it, California has the best-looking attorney general) and creating another crisis? (Crisis over: Obama apologizes to California AG).
