Biden Said He Will Impeach The President For War Not Approved By Congress

Actually, both Obama and Biden have said military action without congressional approval is unconstitutional. But, they said it in 2007 and 2008 when they could use it against "W". Back then Senator Biden found it to be an impeachable offense. Thankfully UK's PM, Cameron, backed down under the pressure from the parliament and agreed to delay the military attack on Syria. That, it seems, forced Obama to find the "Constitution" and actually follow it by seeking the congressional approval. Wow!

So, the war has been postponed. For now.

The question remains, how can we help the Syrian people? (Without helping Al-Qaeda.)
