No this is not a history lesson of how Stalin weakened his military right before WWII.
This is happening now in the US Army and it's Obama doing that. No criticism is tolerated, none. Already 197 officers got kicked out. Many more left on their own. Unfortunately the results may be quite similar to what happened in Soviet Union in the first months of WWII.
That may explain why Chinese are telling us how they can quickly destroy half of the United States killing 5-7 million in a first day.
