Mayor Fulop is full of ... He would rater have pavement than Katyn monument

Mayor Fulop was finally nice enough to show the proposed changes to the Exchange Place and what I see in those pictures is perplexing. Is it really more attractive to have a concrete pavement than the Katyń monument? I seriously doubt that.
