Is there anybody in Obama administration that did not break the law? OMG is it John Kerry?

It must be really really bad if The New York Times, the most loyal Obama supporter in the media, reveals that Hillary Clinton used private email to conduct business. Just that, the use of private email account, is against the law. Why? For starters, because private email is easier to hack than government email. (And if you do, since it is outside of government, the drones will not put cross-hairs on your forehead.) Second, the government cannot provide copies of those emails to any oversight, because they don't have them.
NYT: Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.
There already were suspicions among those who investigated the Benghazi attack. Because, the amount of emails provided to them was low.
HotAir: Ever wonder why multiple investigations of the Benghazi attack failed to turn up much from Hillary Clinton’s e-mails? So did the House Select Committee investigating the attack on the facility and the failures that led to it.
We do have the right to know what people who work for us do while at work but we can't because neither Hillary nor her people...
...took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act...
Will she go to jail? No. She just became even more qualified, at least by Obama's standards, to become the next president.
