Military analysts surprised by Russian missiles used in attack on ISIS

The ships that fired the missiles used in the attack on ISIS positions did not suppose to have the missiles capable to strike at such distance. Besides destroying ISIS position the attack seems to have another purpose, to show an unexpected strength of Russian fleet.
