Democrats think about using Martial Law

Democrats think about using Martial Law as a means to pass the clean continuing resolution that would put an end to the partial government shutdown.

While this Martial Law may not mean exactly what martial law was (for example) in Poland, it's a parliamentary trick to pass a law in one day, nobody can guarantee that it will not turn into one.
