At least one element of Obama's legacy is already visible. Putin is doing whatever he wants. He arms Syria and Iran an nothing happens. He bullies his neighbors and nothing. Liberals (and Obama) only hate bullies from the right, if they are from the left that's perfectly fine.Now, China declares that it will build military base on the Moon and includes Japan's territory inside it's air defense zone and again nothing.
