Civilians killed in attack on convoy

Dozens of people, including women and children, were killed fleeing fighting in eastern Ukraine on Monday when their convoy of buses was hit by rocket fire. Ukrainian officials blamed rebels for the attack. The convoy was bearing white flags.

Rebels deny responsibility claiming that the don't have the capability to conduct such an attack.
