Surprise, Russians are still building-up

NATO says that Russians has never stop building-up their forces and their level is now "alarming".

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on Friday the alliance had observed an alarming build-up of Russian ground and air forces in the vicinity of Ukraine.

If that's not enough there is now a claim that the "humanitarian convoy" was not only used for other purposes but it may have been used to carry out of the country specialized machinery for high tech weapons production. Russians have long history of doing so in the occupied countries so nobody familiar with them should be surprised.
