What's wrong with President Obama?

It is hard to understand our President. He finds the time to post his basketball tournament pics. He finds the time to campaign for his party. He finds time to visit late night TV shows. He finds time for a meeting with Hillary Clinton, basically a private citizen.

But, President Obama doesn't have time to...
...meet with the new head of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and won't see Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg this week, even though he is in Washington for three days.  Stoltenberg’s office requested a meeting with Obama well in advance of the visit, but never heard anything from the White House.
The leaders of all other NATO countries found the time to meet Mr. Stoltenberg because it's important. This is the only man who can stop Vladimir Putin. Yet, for some unknown reason President Obama refuses to meet him.

This is not the first, second or third time Barack Obama lets his personal likes and dislikes drive his international politics. We know that he doesn't like Dalai Lama or Lech Walesa. Walesa dared to criticize his Nobel Peace Prize and he is now off Obama's Christmas list.

But NATO and its role in keeping the peace is probably the most important issue.
Last Friday, at the German Marshall Fund Brussels Forum, Stoltenberg talked about the importance of close coordination inside NATO in order to first confront Russian aggression and then eventually move toward a stable relationship with Moscow....
...Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski told the Brussels Forum that there has been a worrisome lag between NATO’s promises of more defensive equipment for Poland and what has actually arrived, a blow to the alliance's credibility. “It’s very important and necessary for everyone to have the conviction, including the potential aggressor to have this conviction, that NATO is truly determined to execute contingency plans,” he said.
Let us explain the issue using sport analogy:
Putin 5
Obama 0
