Ukrainian defense official: 43,000 troops on the borders

Ukrainian Vice Minister of Defense told NATO officials that Russia has massed 43,000 troops on their borders. Half of them in Crimea. Russians keep near the border 1,380 tanks and troop carriers, 300 artillery units, 700 helicopters and 24 navy ships.
