The Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Hanna Wróblewska, appointed Sławomir Rogowski, to be a deputy minister. Meanwhile, the Institute of National Remembrance reported in 2010 that Rogowski was a secret collaborator of the (communist) Security Bureau (SB).
Sławomir Rogowski is a former activist of the Union of Socialist Polish Youth, who is listed in the Institute of National Remembrance catalog as a secret collaborator of the Security Bureau with the pseudonym "Libero".
