The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Radosław Sikorski, suggests canceling all previously planned meetings with the Hungarian ambassador in Warsaw.
The portal wPolityce has published the content of the letter sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the members of the Polish-Hungarian Parliamentary Group.
I would like to kindly inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed that due to the deterioration of Polish-Hungarian relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs suggests canceling all previously planned meetings with H. E. Mr. István ljgyártó, the Hungarian Ambassador in Warsaw and not accepting invitations sent personally by the Ambassador or by the Hungarian Embassy, in including cultural events organized by the Embassy.
It seems that the Polish government reacts extremely confrontational after Budapest granted political asylum to Marcin Romanowski.
According to Wpolityce, Hungary is treated almost like an enemy state.
