The prosecutor investigating the coup was suspended by the Prosecutor General, who is also a suspect

Yesterday, the Deputy Prosecutor General, Michał Ostrowski, without questioning his official authority under the Law on the Prosecutor's Office, handed over the files of the coup d'état case to Adam Bodnar, but only for review.

Earlier, Bodnar allegedly demanded that Ostrowski hand over the documents. However, in a written response, the prosecutor emphasized that such issuance of documentation to the person of interest in the proceedings would be inappropriate due to the standards in a state of law.

Today, Polish media revealed that Prosecutor Ostrowski was suspended by Bodnar for six months.

"Michał Ostrowski has been unable to perform his official duties since yesterday. He has been appealed against this decision to the disciplinary court, but the lack of finality does not stop the effectiveness of this decision - preventing Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski from performing his official duties as a prosecutor," said the spokeswoman of the prosecutor's office.

But that's not all. A few minutes ago, it was reported that Bodnar reported a justified suspicion of committing a crime by prosecutor Michał Ostrowski.

"Yesterday, the National Prosecutor's Office received a notification from Adam Bodnar about the justified suspicion of committing a crime by Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, formally acting as his deputy. In this notification, Adam Bodnar points to the suspicion that Michał Ostrowski exceeded his powers. Therefore, on suspicion of committing an official crime under Art. 231 Penal Code In this justification, he points to a number of circumstances justifying the suspicion of committing a crime. These circumstances are mostly consistent with those mentioned by the spokeswoman - the circumstances that were the basis for the decision to suspend the prosecutor from his official duties. In short, it was about the prosecutor taking official duties contrary to the applicable official pragmatics and the applicable regulations."

PN: If this does not confirm the suspicion that activities in the nature of a political coup d'état are being carried out in the Republic of Poland, I don't know what does.
