Brytyjskie media przypomniały ze w 2005 roku Senator Obama pomagał w dalszym rozbrojeniu armii ukraińskiej. Dzięki jego staraniom Ukraina zniszczyła 15,000 ton amunicji, 400 tys sztuk broni i 1 tysiąc rakiet przeciw lotniczych.

In 1994, Bill Clinton, John Major (UK), Boris Yeltsin (Russia) and Leonid Kuchma (Ukraine) signed an agreement, called The Budapest Memorandum, promising to uphold the territorial integrity of Ukraine in return for Ukraine to give up its nuclear weapons.

There is more: in 2005, Senator Obama pushed bill that helped destroy more than 15,000 TONS of ammunition, 400,000 small arms and 1,000 anti-aircraft missiles in Ukraine.

That explains why White House was more or less accurate calling Russian invasion of Crimea an "Uncontested Arrival". Ukrainian army is simply disarmed.

We Promised Them To Defend Them

Here is a reminder for the world leaders. In exchange for a promise to keep their country in one piece and defend them from invasion they disarmed. They got rid off their nuclear deterrent.

Polish Troops Moving Toward Eastern Border :UPDATED

While Polish government denies it there are pictures posted on Polish internet showing movement of polish troops toward eastern border.

There is a real possibility that any military action in Ukraine will also spill over polish borders.

UPDATE: There are reports that Russians are massing troops on Ukrainian borders.

Black Sea Fleet Gives Ultimatum To Crimea

While Moscow denies that their forces demand surrender of two Ukraine ships, Ukraine reports that Black Sea fleet gave an ultimatum to all Ukraine forces in Crimea threatening them with invasion of whole Crimea. It seems that Russians are playing old trick used by socialists everywhere, including Democrats in the US, doing bad things while denying doing that. Apparently it works. Even yesterday US government was confused and called military intervention (or even invasion) an “uncontested arrival”.
