It has failed rather spectacularly.”The only "old theory" that I can think of that "failed spectacularly" is Socialism. But don't you dare to tell that to Socialist (in America known as Progressive) or Communist. When we say "failed spectacularly" we mean with a blood shed. Millions of people have suffered under the socialism and even died. We should not forget that and should not allow the Left to rewrite history.
Everybody should open their eyes to who really is Hillary Clinton and those she is helping and vote accordingly.
