Ukraine's government closed most of the travel routes to Donbas announcing that all mass transportation is forbidden and there will be only seven entry points to the rebel region. All other routes will be mined. Government's spokesman said that order was given to prevent unnecessary civilian casualties.
Also, all travel routes to Crimea through "continental" Ukraine are closed. No trains (passenger or cargo) or buses will be able to reach Crimean peninsula. From Russia Crimea can be reached by ferry. However this time of the year it is nearly impossible do to the storms or freezing over.
