Putin tried to cut Russia off Internet, failed

Shut!!!

Few months ago Russian ministry for communications (don't know exact name but who cares) ordered, as a test, to cut all Internet connections with outside world. To their surprise the test failed and they were not even able to find out why?

Opposition believes that Putin was testing if "Internet self-isolation" is possible.

Apparently small Internet operators are to blame. (Small business rules!!!)
