Blood on the streets of Kiev

After overnight truce the fighting in Kiev resumed. According to Ukrainian journalists, who counted bodies on the streets, the number of dead is 37 (not 20 as reported by CNN). According to them nearly of the dead have been shot to the head, hurt or neck which suggests sniper fire. That contradicts government claims that protesters broke the truce. Although it is (was) a standard practice of KGB to use provocateurs to change peaceful protests into violent confrontations which gave authorities an excuse to use sharp ammunition.
The foreign ministers of European Union members France, Germany and Poland were meeting with Yanukovych Thursday ahead of EU meeting to decide possible sanctions against Ukraine. French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius had said that he and his counterparts would meet both sides and hope they "will find a way for dialogue." (Foxnews.com)
