Europe: EU is not weak, it's Obama

Guy Sorman, a French public intellectual in economics and philosophy, said that Putin will explore Ukraine's weakness to the maximum. He will not stop until NATO intervenes. According to Sorman the problem does not lie with Europe, UK, France and Poland are ready to take decisive action and Germany will join them. It is Barack Obama who is not ready to do anything. If George W. Bush occupied the White House this would have been over long time ago.
