Is Russia preparing for a big war? That's question most of Eastern Europe is asking today.
Last week Russia's military started large scale military drill in the Russian Far East. It is reported that nearly 155,000 troops are taking part. That number is equal to the number of troops that Baltic States plus Poland and Czech Republic have together. This drill is as big as the largest drills in the Soviet Union era and observers are asking if the scale indicates the scale of militarization of Russia and weather or not did it reach the point of no return. Meaning, Putin now needs a large (military) success in Ukraine and/or Baltic States.
To make it more worrisome Russian Minister of Defense told Duma, Russian parliament, that Russian forces are fully prepared for any situation in Ukraine or other parts of the World.
They want us to read between the lines.
