US Ambassador: Rebels now have more tanks than some NATO members

US Ambassador, Geoffrey Pyatt, twitted a satellite photos that prove that Russian, not rebels', tanks are fighting near Debaltseve, railroad hub of strategic value. He also said that now, "rebels" have more tanks and missile systems then some NATO members.
