Russian Army calls up reserves

According to Defence24.pl Russian authorities are calling up reserves in Kaliningrad, a Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania, and in western regions of Russia. Orders are hand delivered and not by mail. That suggests it is not a mass mobilization but still nearly 100,000 are mobilized.
