Ukraine claims that Russia left troops in Belarus

Ukraine’s Commander in Chief Viktor Muzhenko told Reuters that Russia has left troops behind after staging war games in Belarus despite promising not to. The claim was not confirmed by neither Polish nor Lithuanian intelligence services.

Ukraine already proved several times they can penetrate Russian communications and provide good information.
