Polish Minister of Defense looks like a genius now

A few months ago everybody, especially French government, hated Polish Minister of Defense, Antoni Macierewicz, over cancellation of the huge contract for Caracal helicopters. It nearly came to the diplomatic crisis between Poland and France. France even cancelled its controversial contract with Russia for 2 helicopter carriers to please Poland. Macierewicz reasoned that those helicopters were simply too expensive.

Today we learn that 75% of French Caracal helicopters are grounded because their maintenance or repairs are TOO EXPENSIVE. Hmmmm
