Council of Europe: Russia has "to return the wreck to the Polish state immediately"

The legal committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, consisting of representatives from 46 countries, has passed a resolution that calls on Russia "to return the wreck and other materials belonging to the Polish state immediately". In the text of the resolution, the commission states that Russia has not cooperated in any way with the Council of Europe committee and the aviation law experts appointed in this matter.
