EU's mini-mini-summit expected to fail

According to The Telegraph and EU Observer the mini-summit, now "mini-mini-summit" since some countries decided to boycott it, is expected to fail. Mostly because of an arrogance of Macron and Merkel, who thought that if they twist some arms and even write a final declaration before the event takes place they will win the hearts of "little people" in those "backward" V-4 countries. (Rumor is that Poland was not even invited in the first place.) Even Italy decided that it would be a waste of time and decided to skip it. Actually, Italy was the first to announce a "no-show."

So much for popular support for Merkel's immigration policy.
