It's a miracle. "A summer of 2019 miracle".

After the announcement from President Donald Trump regarding the transfer of some American troops from Germany to Poland, our western neighbors had a political reflection. Germany's defense minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer today spoke in favor of continuing to support the presence of American troops in Germany. According to the minister, "it is in the mutual interest of Germany and the US."
Obviously, it is hard to tell what was the motivation for such a statement. Could she really mean what she said? Was it about the hard reality that local economy does benefit from their presence or is it simply that they don't want them to move to Poland? We will never know, but such "about-face" is funny, to say the least.
