Believe it or not, the political parties that form the so called "total opposition" in Poland demand that the government suspends civil rights and implements the state of emergency. Why? Because, they want to postpone the presidential elections which they are loosing at this moment. According to the constitution, the only way to postpone the election is when there is some sort of state of emergency or martial law.
