The conditions for the payment of EU funds have not been reached


France, Germany, Greece and Spain on one side of the barricade, leaders of the Netherlands, Denmark Sweden, and the Baltic States on the other. At the ongoing EU summit in Brussels, smaller groups are attempting to break the deadlock on a recovery plan after the coronavirus epidemic. Leaders of the "miser states" demand a smaller sum of grants. Poland and Hungary are still urging other countries to reject the link between the payment of EU funds and the "rule of law."
