Putin formed a "reserve force" for Lukashenka. "If necessary, it will be sent to Belarus"

"Leave!"

A reserve of law enforcement officers has been formed in Russia, which can be sent to Belarus if necessary, said President Vladimir Putin. As he added, this happened at the request of President Alyaksandr Lukashenka.

"Russian forces will not be used as long as extremist elements do not cross the borders and start mayhem" - said Putin. - "Russia is behaving much more restrained than other countries towards the situation in Belarus."

Putin assessed that the situation in Belarus was now normalizing. He noted that Russia is not indifferent to what is happening in that country.
