The District Court in Warsaw did not release Ekaterina den Hertog, for whom the Netherlands issued an EAW. The mother of the autistic Martin is safe in Poland! In the opinion of the Court:
1) There are doubts as to whether the Dutch courts are independent and independent from other authorities;
2) there was a gross violation of the law. and freedom of Martin and his parents.
3) there is a real threat to the rights and freedoms of the boy and his parents in the Netherlands.
4) all the evidence points to the fact that a boy's development occurs only in the biological family.
5) Due to Dutch legislation, the boy could be euthanized
