The first vaccines against COVID-19 arrived in Poland

The first vaccines against COVID-19 have reached the Material Reserves Agency warehouse in Wąwał near Tomaszów Mazowiecki - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on Facebook.

The PM added that "everything went according to plan and the first 10,000 doses will be distributed to over 70 nodal hospitals throughout Poland in the coming hours".

"I believe that thanks to the National Immunization Program we will gradually achieve herd immunity and 2021 will be the year of a quick return to normal life in Poland" - wrote Morawiecki.
