Did the top EU Court just rule that Polish judges can ignore the Constitution?

"The CJEU ruled that national courts in the matter of the judiciary may bypass the Polish constitutional order on the pretext of lack of independence (even if it is upheld under the Constitution). It ruled this even though the treaties do not give the EU any competence in the judiciary organization. This is another attempt to federalize the EU by the judges of the CJEU in violation of the treaties and an attempt to destroy the member states' sovereignty," wrote Sebastian Kaleta, deputy minister of justice.

Isn't that what Brexit was all about?

EU bureaucrats sticking their noses where they didn't belong!
