Starting this Saturday Poland goes into deeper lockdown

Yesterday the government announced new measures for the next two weeks in a fight against 3rd wave of the pandemic.

Kindergartens and nurseries will be closed (facilities will only provide care to the children of people directly involved in fighting the epidemic, including medical personnel). Large furniture and construction stores, hairdressing, and beauty salons will also close. New limits on people will apply in commercial establishments, at the markets, or the post office. 1 person per 15 m2 - in small shops (up to 100 m2); 1 person per 20 m2 - in stores over 100 m2. There will be a new quota of people in places of worship - 20 m2 per person.

The government spokesman said that if the situation worsens, all options are on the table, including a state of emergency.
