Niezalezna(.)pl: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken began his visit to Ukraine. Therefore, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zbigniew Rau, had a telephone conversation with him.
"In connection with the trip of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Kiev, I had a telephone conversation with him, during which we discussed current US-Polish cooperation in containing Russian imperialism, support for Ukraine defending itself against Russian aggression and strengthening NATO's deterrent potential on the Alliance's eastern flank" - Rau wrote on Twitter.
Blinken arrived in Kiev on Wednesday morning. According to the announcement, the chief of American diplomacy will announce a new military aid package for Ukraine worth over USD 1 billion and will hold talks with, among others, with President Volodymyr Zelensky. The visit is scheduled for two days.
