Wpolityce(.)pl: On Monday, during the inaugural session of the Sejm of the 10th term, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki submitted his resignation from the Council of Ministers to Senior Marshal Marek Sawicki.
- We all took an oath to protect the nation's sovereignty and let these words be especially important to us in the near future. We are aware of what the coming time will bring. Two days ago we pledged the 105th anniversary of regaining independence and such a great celebration obliges. Independence must be taken care of, it must be respected, it must be strived for and watched over, - said Morawiecki.
Mateusz Morawiecki thanked Andrzej Duda for announcing that he would be entrusted with the mission of forming a government.
- I will want to persuade the High Chamber to support me in this function that has been entrusted to me - he declared.
