PiS claims that minister Kamiński was tortured while in prison

Niezalezna(.)pl: Head of Law and Justice (PiS), Jarosław Kaczyński, once again emphasized that MP Mariusz Kamiński was tortured in prison.

"The procedure performed on Minister Kamiński (force-feeding while he was on hunger strike) is considered as torture," - he pointed out.

He wants the president to disband current parliament and new parliamentary elections.

"In my opinion, this is the easiest way to restore the rule of law in Poland and to prevent a situation in which we have a number of extremely immoral actions, for example, imprisoning people who fought crime, and one of them was tortured," - said Kaczyński.

When asked by the media whether he intended to apologize to the Prison Service for his words, Kaczyński replied that he was not talking about prison guards, but about the doctor and judge who decided to force-feed Mariusz Kamiński using a drastic method.
