Russian spy Pavel Rubtsov received access to his case files before extradition to Russia

Before he was extradited to Russia, GRU spy Pavel Rubtsov was given access to the files relating to his case, including secret documents. Rubtsov read the files from mid-July for two weeks. He found out, among others, the names of the people who investigated him. The "Rzeczpospolita" daily received shocking information.

The prosecutor's office, which allowed access to the files, claims that "this is the procedure."

"'We want dialogue with Russia as it is,' (Prime Minister) Donald Tusk used to say. Everything indicates that, according to this dialogue, the Russian agent returns to Putin with complete information received from the Bodnar prosecutor's office. This case should lead to the resignation of the entire management of the Ministry of Justice "Not only is the government embarrassing itself once again, but it is also ruining our reputation among our allies," said Mariusz Błaszczak, former head of the Ministry of National Defense.

PN: This is another example of willing or premeditated incompetence. That way, those responsible can't be accused of working for "the other side."
