Due to the announcements that the ruling of the Supreme Court in last week's case will be ignored by the National Prosecutor's Office, the Supreme Court is considering the possibility of applying to the disciplinary unit to initiate appropriate proceedings against prosecutors carrying out politically motivated cases anarchizing the justice system," - said the spokesman for the Court.
– No state authority, no court or other public authority, including the police, the Internal Security Agency, the Central Anticorruption Bureau or the Prison Service can take seriously the decisions of these people, as well as the decisions of people appointed or delegated by them – explains Dr. Konrad Wytrykowski, a retired judge of the Court.
– Since the announcement of the Supreme Court's resolution, no one can plead ignorance because the Supreme Court has clearly indicated the legal status. Continuing to maintain anarchy in the prosecutor's office means a coup d'état against this extremely important organ for the functioning of the state, he adds.
PN: Since the current government has been refusing to obey the Supreme Court and breaking the Constitution for the last several months, we can safely assume that coup d'état is taking place. We should also note that it is taking place with full support of the European Union.
