Marek Woch announced that he will run for president in next year's elections. His platform included, among other things, changing the political system in Poland.
Woch proposes changing Poland's political system to a presidential-parliamentary one. He believes that strengthening the president's role and "dispelling doubts surrounding the office" will increase the government's transparency and effectiveness.
Woch's demands also include creating the National Guard, a new formation responsible for internal security under the president's direct supervision.
The President of the National Federation of "Non-party and Local Government" also drew attention to the need for the state to protect its citizens. He believes the country's security should be multidimensional, covering housing and environmental protection sectors.
