The report regarding the death of President Kaczynski hidden from the voters

Yesterday, prosecutor Krzysztof Schwartz from the National Prosecutor's Office announced that "the comprehensive opinion of the international team of experts on the circumstances and causes of the Smolensk disaster is to be translated by the end of May". A statement confirming this decision was also published on x.com. The new deadline is May 31, COINCIDENTALLY after the first round of the presidential elections in Poland.

The translated opinion will be additionally analyzed by prosecutors from Investigative Team No. 1 of the Prosecutor's Office "in terms of form and substance, primarily to determine whether the opinion is not incomplete, unclear or internally contradictory [...] If there is no need to supplement it, the opinion will be made public."

Following this decision of the Polish Committee, Antoni Macierewicz and members of the former Smolensk subcommittee voiced their comments:

Today's publication by the Prosecutor's Office shows that it claims the right to interfere in the final conclusions of the opinion of the International Team of Experts and intends to publish them at an unspecified date. This position of the Prosecutor's Office probably means that the conclusions of the Anodina and Miller Reports regarding the Smolensk catastrophe have been questioned by the experts.

It also follows from this that the experts' opinion confirms at least partially the Subcommittee's findings and it is necessary to punish those guilty of the Smolensk catastrophe based also on the Subcommittee's Report. In this situation, the Polish State is obliged to refer the charge concerning the Smolensk crime to the International Tribunal in The Hague.

PN: That will never happen because that would mean that most of the current government members should be prosecuted and not allowed to run for any public office.
