The prosecutor's office refuses to disclose the autopsy of the woman who died after interrogation

Poland: The attorney for Barbara Skrzypek's family has filed a complaint against the expert opinion issued during the investigation into the circumstances of her death.

The prosecutor's office is refraining from disclosing the details of the expert opinion, refusing to make it public, and refusing to answer questions about a possible connection between the death and the four-hour interrogation conducted by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek.

“We are not providing any further information regarding this investigation at this time,” is the standard response from investigators in response to media inquiries.

The interrogation was a part of the failed legal campaign against the leader of the opposition party, Law & Order, Jarosław Kaczyński, former Prime Minister and twin brother of the President of Poland who died in a plane crash in Russia.
