Did President Nawrocki make a surprising offer to Trump?

Karol Nawrocki was reportedly going to present Donald Trump with a proposal. It suggests that Poland would join the Peace Council if the USA fulfills a specific condition.

"Nawrocki had a certain card up his sleeve. I don't know if he played it or not, but there was a proposal that we were supposed to present to the United States: in exchange for joining the Peace Council, the Americans would agree to a permanent military base in Poland," Polsat News journalist Dorota Gawryluk said on Saturday's "Kaleidoscope of Events" show.

Currently, there is a rotational US military base in Poland.  Approximately 10,000 American soldiers are stationed in the country.

The president's signature to join the Peace Council "would require prior approval by the Polish parliament and a specific initiative from the Council of Ministers," Nawrocki said during a press statement in Davos.

Nawrocki's proposal would put a lot of pressure on the current radically left-leaning government to at least pretend that they are pro-Polish and anti-Russian, as they constantly claim.
