Russia has more deployed nuclear warheads than U.S.

It has just been reported that Russia has more nukes then US. Russia has 1,643, US has 1,642. Some may say, not a big deal but....

Not long ago president Obama promised to decommission several hundred nuclear warheads. In light of what is going on in Ukraine, is it wise?
