Did American owned TV station attempted to manipulate data?

ACTIVE CASES OF CORONAVIRUS INFECTIONS IN POLAND AND THE WORLD

A few days ago Polish TV station owned by the Discovery Inc. showed its viewers a graph (above) that supposed to show how Poland (red) compares to Germany (black), Spain (orange), France (blue), and Italy (green). 

At first glance it looks like Poland has more cases than others. But, what they failed to point out was that the graph for Poland merged with graphs for the countries had one zero less. Simple oversight or intentional misinformation? You get to decide. Here is a graph with the same scale (Poland - yellow) for all countries.




BTW, the graph for Germany seems wrong as well. They have about 4-5x as many cases as the graph shows. As they say, it matters "who counts" it.
