Prime Minister, Morawiecki, replies to the letter of the ambassadors on LGBT: "Nobody has to teach us tolerance."

“I can only tell my dear ambassadors that tolerance belongs to Polish DNA. One can study our history to be able to find out about it. Nobody has to teach us tolerance, ”said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference when asked about a letter from 50 ambassadors about the LGBT community in Poland.

We are a nation that has learned such tolerance over the century and we have given many testimonies to the history of such tolerance. I agree with the letter of the ambassadors in this regard, when they say that every person deserves respect, but I completely disagree with the letter where they say that there are people in Poland from whom such respect is taken away - stressed Morawiecki.
