Three engineering consortiums want a contract for the Central Communication Hub master plan


 The French-Spanish consortium ADP & IDOM, the Dutch NACO group and the German-Austrian ILF have submitted bids in the procedure for the contract for the master plan of the Central Communication Hub. The contract with the selected party is to be signed before the end of the year.

The master plan will include the detailed location of the airport and the concept of variants of its construction, which are to be prepared in parallel with environmental and field studies. The study will also include: air traffic forecasts (including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the aviation market), analysis of the capacity of the planned airport infrastructure, the concept of STH development and the phasing of its construction, operational strategy of the baggage system and logistics service, and advanced cost analyzes.
