The Prime Minister of Poland raised constitutional doubts about the EU laws

On Friday, the website of the Constitutional Tribunal published a 129-page request from Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to examine the constitutionality of three provisions of the European Union's Treaty.

Significant and far-reaching constitutional doubts are raised by the provisions of EU laws, which allow not to follow the Polish constitution and control the independence of judges by Polish courts - says the document submitted by the Prime Minister to the Constitutional Tribunal.
